E2E Essentials

EVERYONE WELCOME
The workouts have been designed so they are suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to the very fit. You will be shown how to make a workout easier or how to workout at a higher level. E2E classes have a friendly atmosphere and newcomers are made to feel welcome. Children are welcome to join in all the E2E classes, but we ask that an adult accompany anyone under the age of 12. If you need to bring your child with you whilst you workout, they are welcome, but for their safety and others, please ensure that they are well behaved and must stay within sight at all times.

WHAT TO WEAR
Clothing that is comfortable and non-restrictive. Bring warmer clothing to put on after your workout as your body temperature lowers after exercise. Training shoes are required. These do not have to be expensive trainers; a pair that offers comfort and support will be adequate.

THINGS TO BRING WITH YOU
A mat (see note below). Sweatshirt. A bottle of water or a soft drink. It is very important to drink water before, during and after your workout. If you do not enjoy the taste of water add some blackcurrant or another cordial to flavour it.

MATS
E2E supply mats for you to use at your first few classes. Once you decide you will be attending on a regular basis, please bring your own mat with you. Mats can be purchased from local sports shops; prices vary between £5 - £10.
