Class Description
AEROBICS & TONE
An easy to follow 20-30 minutes High and Low Impact Aerobic workout (High-Impact is jumping and jogging moves and Low-Impact is where one foot will always be on the ground without the jumping or jogging) you may choose a High or Low move or a combination of both. This is followed by a 20-30 minute toning section to condition and sculpt your body. There are hand weights available to use, to increase the intensity of your toning section..
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
After the warm up section, the class consists of exercises specifically to improve the muscle tone of those important areas, the thighs, calf muscles, buttocks and abdominal muscle. A great workout for those looking to tone up from the waist down!
CIRCUIT TRAINING
A fantastic workout for the unfit to the elite! After completing the warm-up there are a variety of 30-40 second training stations for you to complete, offering you a total body workout. It’s a workout with or without the competitive edge. You are able to work at your own pace at all times. Your fitness level and body shape should improve in a matter of weeks. This class is a MUST! E2E classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. Men Women and Children attend this class. You won’t know what it’s like unless you try it!
FITNESS PILATES
Fitness Pilates is a group exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult. Fitness Pilates is based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates.
It is not remedial, clinical or diagnostic in its approach but has its base firmly within group fitness. Fitness Pilates incorporates functional exercises allowing a participant to perform any task from daily routine to skilled performance. Participants should notice an improvement in their general well being, muscular tone, back mobility/strength and firmer abs.
Fitness Pilates classes start with beginner group sessions and over time will introduce intermediate classes and courses.
