LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
This low impact workout will help improve your posture and reshape your ‘Legs, Bums and Tums’ with simple easy to follow exercises.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
A fantastic workout for novice or athlete. With personal coaching in a motivating group environment this is the exercise class for ultimate results. An all over body workout where you are able to exercise at your own pace. Men, Women and Children attend Circuit Training; this is one class not to be missed!
YOGA & PILATES
This workout builds flexibility and strength. A mat-based class that will give you an improvement in your general well being, muscular tone, back mobility and a stronger firmer abdominal area. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
ZUMBA®

ZUMBA® & TONING
This workout includes all the fun and flavour of a regular ZUMBA® class but in half the time! Followed by an E2E Toning section to exercise specific areas of the body that need a little more attention, arms, bums and tums. A great class for beginners!
