Class Description
AEROBICS & TONE
An easy to follow 20-30 minutes High and Low Impact Aerobic workout (High-Impact is jumping and jogging moves and Low-Impact is where one foot will always be on the ground without the jumping or jogging) you may choose a High or Low move or a combination of both. This is followed by a 20-30 minute toning section to condition and sculpt your body. There are hand weights available to use, to increase the intensity of your toning section..
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
After the warm up section, the class consists of exercises specifically to improve the muscle tone of those important areas, the thighs, calf muscles, buttocks and abdominal muscle. A great workout for those looking to tone up from the waist down!
CIRCUIT TRAINING
A fantastic workout for the unfit to the elite! After completing the warm-up there are a variety of 30-40 second training stations for you to complete, offering you a total body workout. It’s a workout with or without the competitive edge. You are able to work at your own pace at all times. Your fitness level and body shape should improve in a matter of weeks. This class is a MUST! E2E classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. Men Women and Children attend this class. You won’t know what it’s like unless you try it!
STRETCH & TONE
This is a workout combining yoga poses and stretching to tone your body in a calm and controlled way. This class will give you a sense of wellbeing. Your body will feel stronger and more flexible; your abdominal muscles toned and you will notice an improved strength in your back. The exercises are set to music. The final part of the class offers you time to relax your body and mind. This class is suitable for beginners, advance levels or anyone wishing to de-stress.
