The latest timetable takes effect from Monday 5th September. Zumba daytime class starts on 20th September and Senior Fitness starts from 15th September.

Exercize 2 Energize will be closed from the Bank Holiday Monday, August 29th to Thursday 1st September. Classes return with a New Timetable on Monday 5th September 2011.

Sorry, but tonights class at Northolt High School has been cancelled. This is due to local riots and the police have advised the school to close. Sorry for the disruption!

I hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather this August! Just to let you know that there will be NO CLASSES on Bank Holiday Monday 29th August and NO CLASSES for the rest of that week, as I shall be taking the time to get ready for our BRAND NEW TIMETABLE that will start when classes return on Monday 5th September.
The new timetable will be available to view from Monday 22nd August. Zumba is coming to Exercize 2 Energize!
