BANK HOLIDAY WEEKS

There are a few weeks coming up with Bank Holiday Monday’s. There are no classes on these days - (Monday 25th April, 2nd May, 30th May).
So you don’t miss out on your weekly workout, E2E has added an extra class to the Tuesday timetable for these days only -
(Tuesday 26th April, 3rd May, 31st May).
On the above Tuesday’s the timetable will be-
7pm - Yoga & Pilates
8pm - Circuit Fitness
CIRCUIT FITNESS is a workout for everyone: it is a combination of Total Fitness and Circuit Training. The exercise stations consist of cardio fitness, abdominal & back exercises, upper & lower body strength conditioning exercises. This class will be suitable for anyone that usually attends Total Fitness classes or Circuit Training.
