E2E Fitness | West London Fitness Classes
Most Energizers know that Exercize 2 Energize is now in it’s 26th year. Sarah is always on time for classes and will never cancel a class unnecessarily. But there are times when appointments clash with classes or Sarah needs a holiday just like the rest of you! Here are some of those days!
HOLIDAY DATES 2016
Thursday 14th April – No Circuit Training Class as I am on a training course and Stephen is working abroad on that Thursday.
Tuesday 3rd May – No Yoga & Pilates class as my friends are getting married. I have waited a long time for this day and I have to be there!
Monday 2nd May & Monday 30th May are Bank Holidays – No Classes on these days.
Tuesday 31st May, Wednesday 1st June & Thursday 2nd June – Exercize 2 Energize has a week off! This is a school holiday week. All classes will continue with the usual timetable from Monday 6th June.
The weekly timetable is reviewed every 3 months, to keep Exercize 2 Energize fresh and up to date with the latest fitness trends.
Daytime classes are term-time only, evening classes run throughout the year, except for Bank Holidays.
There is no need to pre-book your classes, just turn up and join in!
E2E workouts have been designed so they are suitable for all levels of fitness, from a beginner to the very fit. Classes have a friendly atmosphere and aim to encourage and motivate all participants. Classes are taught by Sarah Bayley, a fully qualified fitness Instructor and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
