Exercize 2 Energize offer independent pay-as-you-go fitness classes in the
West London area.

Currently we run 6 classes a week. Our fitness classes include:

NEWSFLASH

Thank you to everyone that has attended classes in 2015. Exercize 2 Energize is a great place to workout and your energy has been uplifting. Keep up the good work! Last classes of 2015 are Zumba 7:15pm and Circuit Training 8:15pm on Monday 21st December.
Back to a regular timetable from Tuesday 5th January 2016. Merry Christmas!

CLASS TIMETABLE

The weekly timetable is reviewed every 3 months, to keep Exercize 2 Energize fresh and up to date with the latest fitness trends.
Daytime classes are term-time only, evening classes run throughout the year, except for Bank Holidays.
There is no need to pre-book your classes, just turn up and join in!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

E2E workouts have been designed so they are suitable for all levels of fitness, from a beginner to the very fit. Classes have a friendly atmosphere and aim to encourage and motivate all participants. Classes are taught by Sarah Bayley, a fully qualified fitness Instructor and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
